\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u5b64\u72ec\u75c7\uff0c\u53c8\u79f0\u81ea\u95ed\u75c7\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u513f\u7ae5\u8111\u53d1\u80b2\u969c\u788d\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u3002CNTNAP2\u662f\u5b64\u72ec\u75c7\u7684\u5173\u952e\u81f4\u75c5\u57fa\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\uff1bCNTNAP2\u57fa\u56e0\u6572\u9664\u5c0f\u9f20\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u5178\u578b\u7684\u5b64\u72ec\u75c7\u6837\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u793e\u4f1a\u6d3b\u52a8\u51cf\u5c11\u548c\u91cd\u590d\u523b\u677f\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4f34\u968f\u7740\u795e\u7ecf\u53d1\u80b2\u5f02\u5e38\u3002\u672c\u5408\u4f5c\u56e2\u961f\u5148\u524d\u62a5\u9053\u4e86CNTNAP2\u53ef\u88ab\u963f\u5c14\u8328\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c5\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u03b3-\u5206\u6ccc\u9176\u526a\u5207\uff0c\u5176\u751f\u6210\u7684CNTNAP2\u7ec6\u80de\u5185\u7ed3\u6784\u86cb\u767d\uff08CNTNAP2 domain\uff0cCICD\uff09\u53ef\u6539\u5584\u5b64\u72ec\u75c7\u6837\u8868\u578b\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8eCNTNAP2\u7684\u590d\u6742\u4ee3\u8c22\u8fc7\u7a0b\u53ca\u5176\u5f02\u5e38\u5bfc\u81f4\u5b64\u72ec\u75c7\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u673a\u7406\u5c1a\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u660e\u786e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u8be5\u5408\u4f5c\u56e2\u961f\u53d1\u73b0\u5728\u03b3-\u5206\u6ccc\u9176\u526a\u5207\u4e4b\u524d\u9700\u8981\u5176\u4ed6\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u7684\u5904\u7406\u3002Furin\u548c\u03b1-\u5206\u6ccc\u9176\uff08ADAM10\/17\uff09\u5206\u522b\u5bf9CNTNAP2\u8fdb\u884c\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u89e3\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dCNTNAP2\u7ecfADAM10\u526a\u5207\u4ea7\u751fC79\u662f\u540e\u7eed\u03b3-\u5206\u6ccc\u9176\u526a\u5207\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002\u5b64\u72ec\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\u7684I1254T\u7a81\u53d8\u6291\u5236\u4e86\u03b1-\u5206\u6ccc\u9176\u5bf9CNTNAP2\u7684\u526a\u5207\uff0c\u81f4\u4f7fC79\u751f\u6210\u6c34\u5e73\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\uff1bCNTNAP2-I1254T\u57fa\u56e0\u6572\u5165\u5c0f\u9f20\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u5b64\u72ec\u75c7\u6837\u8868\u578b\uff0c\u800c\u8fc7\u8868\u8fbeC79\u53ef\u663e\u6539\u5584CNTNAP2-I1254T\u57fa\u56e0\u6572\u5165\u5c0f\u9f20\u548cCNTNAP2\u57fa\u56e0\u6572\u9664\u5c0f\u9f20\u7684\u5b64\u72ec\u75c7\u6837\u8868\u578b\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u4e0d\u4ec5\u8868\u660e\u03b1-\u5206\u6ccc\u9176\u5728CNTNAP2\u86cb\u767d\u4ee3\u8c22\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u63d0\u793a\u03b1-\u5206\u6ccc\u9176\u526a\u5207\u4ea7\u7269C79\u53ef\u80fd\u5177\u6709\u6cbb\u7597\u5b64\u72ec\u75c7\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div
